Benefits of Integration with MutualAid eXchange (“MAX”)

Since 2001, ten small insurance companies / programs have integrated with MutualAid eXchange (“MAX”), a Midwest based reciprocal insurance company owned by its members, under the management of MII Management Group, Inc. (“MIIMG”).  Benefits of integration for the members and staffs of those ten companies have included:

  • Retention of local staff in various functions such as sales, underwriting, and claims and ability to telecommute from home
  • Experienced leadership for all facets of insurance operations, including sales, underwriting, and claims, including 24-hour live voice response for claims reporting
  • Expertise from MIIMG’s full-time support staff in areas such as marketing and social media, IT, human resources, finance and accounting, data analysis and pricing, and legal / compliance
  • A call center team to provide assistance to agents and members
  • Proven ability to grow the business
